The Veggie Grill- Santa Monica

Focused around urban centers and university campuses in heath-conscious Southern California, the Veggie Grill is a new concept in vegan dining.   The Veggie Grill has found success and is embarking on a regional expansion program, a development plan to construct over 100 sites in a 5 to 8 year period.  
Valerio has been assigned to assist with this expansion program on architectural, design, and permitting/entitlement issues. The Valerio team has established a direct relationship with the owner/operators of the Veggie Grilll, and in addition to working on new development sites, this relationship has led to design re-evaluation and modifications to existing Veggie Grill locations.
