Zao Noodle Bar is an award-winning Asian fusion restaurant chain with six locations on the West Coast.  The casual sit down restaurants feature contemporary design based both on Asian and North American Pacific culture.
Valerio has been the architect for five of the chain's six locations, completing tenant improvements and implementation of different sizes of the prototype design for this high-end fast casual restaurant, varying from 1,500 sq.ft. to 2,500 sq.ft., and located in California and Washington State. Many of the restaurants feature covered, heated dining patios, and the patios and interior dining areas feature fireplaces to add to a cozy atmosphere.
