Fresh Latitudes Hacienda Crossings

The Fresh Latitudes World Cafe fast-casual chain already had a successful to-go business, when they approached Valerio to design new prototype build-out, and wanted to supplement that success by introducing a larger cafe with indoor and patio dining.  
Valerio worked with Fresh Latitudes on the design and build-out for their first new prototype location in Dublin, Northern California, a ±2,000 sq.ft. restaurant space. The new design emphasized freshness through the use of clean simple materials and the introduction of a new large scale mural with oversized images of fresh vegetables. The use of warm earth colors throughout and the introduction of simple but comfortable booth seating allowed for a pleasant dining experience.
