Ledas Bake Shop

The seminal idea for Leda's Bake Shop was created by Ledette Gambini, a recent graduate from culinary school in San Francisco, to serve high-end cakes and cupcakes.
Valerio worked with Leda's to open this first location of ± 1,500 sq. ft. in Sherman Oaks, California in 2005. Valerio created the initial concepts and prototype design for the company, assisted with real estate evaluations, and provided architectural and entitlement services once the first location was chosen.
